The 14-Night Better Mama Challenge
14 Nights. One Step a Night. A Baby Who Sleeps.
Not another course you’ll never finish. A guided, night-by-night walk — with Charlie, a tracker, a blessing, and a room full of mamas doing it with you. Gentle. Breastfeeding-friendly. Never cry-it-out.
Backed by the “We Don’t Quit on You” Promise — finish your 14 nights still stuck, and we keep helping for free.
You don’t need more information at 2am.
You’ve read the blogs. Maybe you even bought a course you never finished — most exhausted mamas don’t, and it’s not because you’re failing. It’s because nobody was in it with you on night 3, when the plan wobbled and the crying started and quitting felt like the only option. That’s the night this challenge was built for.
How the 14 Nights Work
Nights 1–3: The Foundation
Reset the room, the rhythm, and the routine. You'll know exactly what tonight looks like before the sun goes down — no more guessing.
Nights 4–7: The Shift
Gently separate feeding from falling asleep and start reducing your help one small step at a time. You stay present. Baby stays safe. Nobody cries it out.
Nights 8–11: The Stretch
Longer stretches start showing up. We handle the wobbles — false starts, early wakings, the night-3-of-a-change meltdown — together, in the daily thread.
Nights 12–14: The Proof
Lock it in. Your baby is settling with less and less help, and you have a plan for regressions, travel, and whatever comes next.
Everything You Get for $37
14 nightly videos (5–10 min)
One clear step per night from Charlie — watch it at nap time, run it at bedtime.
The Nightly Tracker
One page per night. Fill it in as you go — it keeps you steady at 2am and shows you the progress you can't feel yet.
A blessing for every night
Scripture and a short prayer over your baby's sleep, every single night. Peace over panic.
The daily accountability thread
Post your night, every night. Real mamas doing the same 14 nights you are — nobody gets left behind.

Weekly live with Charlie
Bring your hardest night to the live Q&A and get it worked through.

She’s run these 14 nights five times. On her own babies.
Charlie is a mama of five girls — and every one of them was sleeping through the night in her first year. Gently. While breastfeeding. Without one night of cry-it-out. The challenge is that exact walk, night by night, with her beside you the whole way.
No mom left alone. That includes you.

Questions Mamas Ask
What if I fall behind during the 14 nights?+
You won't be left behind — that's the whole design. Life with a baby happens: sick nights, travel, a rough week. The videos stay unlocked, the thread keeps going, and if you finish your 14 nights still stuck, the We Don't Quit on You promise kicks in: you get a free extension and continued help until you see your first better night.
Is this cry-it-out?+
No. Nothing in the 14 nights asks you to leave your baby to cry alone. Every step is gradual and responsive — you stay present the whole way. Charlie raised five daughters on this method and never used cry-it-out once.
Can I do this while breastfeeding?+
Yes — the challenge is built for nursing mamas. You keep the night feeds your baby still needs, protect your supply, and gently separate nursing from the moment of falling asleep. No forced night weaning.
What ages does it work for?+
The challenge is designed for babies roughly 4 to 18 months. Younger than 4 months? Start with the Sleep Starter — it covers the newborn season — and join the challenge when your baby is ready.
How much time does it take each day?+
About 15 minutes: a short video during a nap, one page of tracker at bedtime, and a quick post in the thread. The rest happens while you're doing bedtime anyway.
What happens after the 14 nights?+
Most mamas finish with a baby settling on her own and a plan they trust. If you want to go deeper, your $37 is credited toward the full Better Mama Method course, and the Mama Circle keeps the accountability going month to month. No pressure either way — the challenge stands on its own.
Night 1 can be tonight.
14 nights from now, bedtime looks different. We don’t quit on you.
